Initializes global addresses in the ape escape cd library
Behavior
Initializes memory addresses that are used for the following functions of the cd library:
- command queueing and execution
- cd state management
- game asset loading
Notes
It actually looks like these addresses are sequential and may actually be the context for the cd library and should be grouped as one struct. For now I will keep it as is and will clean up towards the end of documenting the CD library.
Unknowns
- There are 5 memory addresses I have no idea about and have not investigated and 1 which I believe is timing related and mostly used by the cd_xa_manager.
